A research through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Buyer Safety tested 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 through the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It observed that all 8 samples had been regarded as "faulty". Five of the products sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
